Although true Beluga caviar has been banned since 2005, Kolikof Beluga Hybrid Caviar is the result of a unique cross-breeding process. This proven method results in a harvest of full-bodied, highly desirable caviar that is almost indistinguishable from (and even better than) pure Beluga of years past.
Creamy, buttery and briny are notes of these fine grains of goodness.
These medium-sized grains of pearly-gray goodness are obtained exclusively from farmed Beluga (Huso huso) and Siberian sturgeon.
1 oz. (28g) is packaged in a glass jar. All other sizes are in Kolikof's own elegant tins.

INGREDIENTS: Sturgeon Roe, Salt.
SHELF LIFE: Four weeks refrigerated. Once opened, Use within 72 hours of opening or until the use-by date, whichever is sooner.
STORAGE: Keep refrigerated. Store at 32ºF to 34ºF. Refrigerate promptly upon receipt.
