Also known as Patagonian Toothfish, it is caught after fishermen journey for nearly 3-weeks to the pristine waters of the Ross Sea. Kolikof Chilean Sea Bass are sustainably caught and are immediately processed, cleaned, and blast frozen for extreme freshness.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: The flavorful flesh of Chilean Sea Bass is favored most when oven-roasted, pan-seared, or grilled; preferably in the finest butter you have.
